The following situations are not the quality problems of the product itself, but some models of laptops are incompatible with portable laptop monitor:

△Some old models of laptop cannot be used because they do not have any MINI HDMI port and cannot be connected to portable laptop monitor. Even if you can connect the portable laptop monitor with a conversion cable, there is only one EDID signal, which will make the two screens of the display exactly the same content. In this case, dual-screen expansion is of little significance.

△Due to the some laptops' insufficient voltage, when connected to portable laptop monitor, one screen will work normally and another one not. You can try to use an additional USB cable to power the screen.

△Some new models of laptop(Like Macbook)have two TYPE-C ports in configuration, but only one port can output signals in function, which makes them only support one screen expansion.
