1. Shipping Information

We support Worldwide Delivery. We offer different shipping methods to deliver our products over the globe safely and quickly. 

To view an accurate shipping quote, please add your selected items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.
Shipping fees may vary depending oXn the type, quantity, and weight of your package. Shipping costs are also influenced by your delivery location and the selected shipping speed.

We work with DHL, EMS, ARAMEX, UPS, FEDEX etc. You can choose the shipping method you like. If you have special requirement for the shipping method you could contact us for detail fee counting and the arrangement.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully completed.

· Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
· Processing time refers to order verification, product inspection, and packaging.
· During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery – United States

· We offer shipping to the United States based on the total weight of your order. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the following weight tiers:
· Orders weighing 0–1.5kg are charged USD $20
· Orders weighing 1.5–3kg are charged USD $25
· Orders weighing 3–5kg are charged USD $30
· Orders weighing 5–8kg are charged USD $35
· Orders weighing 8–12kg are charged USD $40
· Orders weighing 12–15kg are charged USD $45
· Orders weighing 15–20kg are charged USD $50
Final shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

· We offer worldwide shipping based on the total weight of your order. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the following weight tiers:

· Orders weighing 1.5–3kg are charged USD $25
· Orders weighing 3–5kg are charged USD $30
· Orders weighing 5–8kg are charged USD $35
· Orders weighing 8–12kg are charged USD $40
· Orders weighing 12–15kg are charged USD $45
· Orders weighing 15–20kg are charged USD $50

Important Shipping Notes

· Other major international destinations (including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom) follow the same global shipping rates.
· For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or VAT.
· Shipping costs are calculated based on:
  – Shipping destination
  – Package weight and size
  – Selected shipping method (standard or expedited)

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Customs Duties & Taxes：Import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country and local regulations.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional fees incurred.


Delivery Time:

DHL/UPS/Fedex: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

EMS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.

ARAMEX: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped.


Shipping time forecast based on normal way:

    United States: 8-15 business days
    Canada: 8-15 business days
    Other Countries：1-3 weeks, depending on the different destinations.


    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
    · Tracking number
    · Carrier information

    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


    Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
    We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


      Please Note:

      Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

      Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

      Chinese holiday reminder: The delivery time may be affected during the weekend and China national holidays. The delivery time may be delayed about 2 to 10 days.

      Our site accepts payment with PayPal. But if you want to pay through West Union or Transfer through Bank Account, please click contact us. Our team would help you for the PI and detail processing.
